Mat Pilates
with Katie
Katie Morisson is a comprehensive Pilates instructor, with experience teaching on multiple platforms and equipment. When she began her personal Pilates journey in 2009, Katie was attracted to the total mind/body focus that the exercises demanded. In 2014 she suffered a hip injury after giving birth to her third child, and used Pilates and physical therapy to rehabilitate her hip. Now as a mother of 3, she uses Pilates as her avenue to a clear mind and a healthy body. In 2019, Katie decided to take the next step in her Pilates journey and become a certified instructor.

Barre

Kalyn Richardson is a long time teacher and team director at TDC. Kalyn is a certified Barre instructor, directing a class that is a full body workout. Barre combines elements of ballet, plates and strength training, focusing on small, controlled movements to target and tone specific muscle groups. Join us Monday nights!
