with Jamie
Jamie Maxfield is a 450hr RYT and has taught Yoga at the Dance Company since 2021. She also is a Sound Bath Practitioner, teacher of the blind, and mother of three (mostly grown) girls. Offered as a pop-up class 1-2 times per month, this Mindful Yoga class with Jamie offers a full spectrum approach to the mind-body connection. With a combination of guided journaling, breath work and mindful yoga movement, this class will appeal to humans looking for a deeper connection and understanding of their lives, patterns and behavior. Suitable for all-levels of experience.

Mat Pilates
with Katie
Katie Morisson is a comprehensive Pilates instructor, with experience teaching on multiple platforms and equipment. When she began her personal Pilates journey in 2009, Katie was attracted to the total mind/body focus that the exercises demanded. In 2014 she suffered a hip injury after giving birth to her third child, and used Pilates and physical therapy to rehabilitate her hip. Now as a mother of 3, she uses Pilates as her avenue to a clear mind and a healthy body. In 2019, Katie decided to take the next step in her Pilates journey and become a certified instructor.
